Dr Bruce Cameron
I graduated from the University of Queensland in 1980 and relocated to Cairns for my hospital training. I eventually entered general practice in 1986 after spending a year in Papua New Guinea whilst gaining experience in tropical medicine.
In 2007 I moved back to the Gold Coast/Tweed Heads. I have three grown up children, the youngest of which still lives with me as she studies at Griffiths University. We live and enjoy the relaxed rural lifestyle at Upper Duroby.
I enjoy the diversity of general practice and the challenges it provides.
Special areas of interest include Chronic Disease Management, Aged Care, Mental Health, Skin Cancer Management and Paediatrics.
Interests outside medicine include fitness, photography, movies and chess.
